It all begins with an idea—at least, that’s how this started. I wanted a space that wasn’t polished or perfect, but real. A place to talk about healing, self-care, stress, and all the moments in between.

Journey to Zen isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about showing up anyway. It’s about breathwork in a parked car, stretching between clients, and reminding yourself to drink water (yes, I’m saying that to myself too).

I’m Amber—massage therapist, wellness explorer, and someone who believes that healing doesn’t have to be pretty to be powerful. This blog is an extension of the work I do with clients: helping people feel better in their bodies and more at peace in their minds.

Some days will be deep. Some will be light. But all of them will be honest.
